Adobe has said that its popular products Acrobat and Reader contain security flaws that could enable a hacker to get hold of the computer. The flaws are yet to be fixed.
Last week, in a posting on its site, Adobe said that the bugs were installed in the software unknowingly into versions of Adobe Reader and Acrobat software.
Adobe said that the flaws could let hackers to take control of the computers and steal confidential data and send spam e-mails. Adobe products are used by millions of people across the world and it should be a gargantuan task for Adobe to fix all the flaws in all of these systems. |
