Finland based Nokia, the world’s largest mobile phone maker has launched a new version of its smartphone N95 with 8 GB capacity.
Nokia launched N95 last year with 120 MB capacity however as Apple’s iPhone being the cynosure of all eyes, Nokia had to change the original specifications of the N95 so as to match iPhone.
Nokia says the new phone is "the memory-packed big brother" to the original phone and with expanded memory; it can save up to 20 hours of video or up to 6000 songs.
N95 can slide two ways. It slides to one side to reveal a keypad and to another to reveal controls for playing music or video.
Similar to iPhone, the N95 also comes with a 5 MP camera, built-in Wi-Fi and GPS.
"We've reached a pinnacle with the Nokia N95 and now with the addition of one of the largest ever displays, built-in assisted-GPS and improved battery power, the Nokia N95 8GB takes entertainment enjoyment to another level," said Jonas Geust, Nokia's VP of multimedia, in a statement.
Nokia, in order to, out do iPhone, has added some advantages to N95 such as support for third-generation (3G) HSDPA cellular technology, |
