Naresh Wadhwa To Lead Cisco’s India, SAARC Ops

 

IT networking company Cisco said it has appointed Naresh Wadhwa as president and country manager for India and SAARC region...

 

 

IT networking company Cisco said it has appointed Naresh Wadhwa as president and country manager for India and SAARC region.

Wadhwa has been heading Cisco's marketing operations for APAC from Hong Kong. He has been with Cisco for 10 years.

"India is a very strategic market for Cisco and Naresh is the right leader to steer our team in accelerating the growth momentum in India," Cisco's Apac president Owen Chan said in a statement.

Wadhwa, who holds a degree in electronic engineering from Mumbai University, has been in the technology industry for 18 years. He joined Cisco in 1998 as sales manager. Before Cisco, Naresh worked with 3com Asia and Wipro Infotech.
